Pie Five Pizza ⑨

Apparently I can't get enough of pizza joints! This little gem was tucked away in a plaza of several other eateries; easily overlooked if you weren't paying attention. However, I've had the privilege of eating here repeatedly and every single time it's been AWESOME!

They call this place the "Chipotle" of pizza, and rightfully so; considering you choose your crust, choose your sauce, and choose your toppings straight from behind a glass counter. They form the dough to your desire; thin, traditional or pan then rub it down with one of their MANY sauces. I've personally tried the Tuscan Marinara, Buffalo Ranch, and Garlic Butter (which isn't on their menu); but they also have BBQ, Spicy Marinara, Alfredo, and Olive Oil. There are 5 kinds of cheeses, including Feta and Ricotta, 8 kinds of meat, and so many veggies and spices you could make a salad out of them. And I mean they really make salads the way you want them!

They have their own specialty pizzas, but you can make your own; which is what I've done every time. My favorite concoction thus far has been pan crust with buffalo ranch sauce, Parmesan cheese, triple bacon, double grilled chicken, double pepperoni, green olives, triple pineapple then topped with more Parmesan cheese and drizzled with their butter garlic sauce. Oh, and I have them put mine through their super fast oven two full times for that extra crunch! And do not forget their special "magic dust" they sprinkle on after!

Whatever you do...do NOT forget dessert! The double fudge brownie is not pictured here, but it's my favorite. It's SO gooey and the chocolate chips are not your typical Hershey's from a bag; I think they make their own or something because they are so rich, creamy, and not like any others!

Pizza's are all the same size and around $7.99, desserts are about $2 or so a slice, and they have that futuristic, digital pop machine I love so much. It's a small building, but overall their food is amazing, the atmosphere is warm, and the staff has been very friendly every time!
