Dollar Tree Retractable Bling Earbuds ⑦
These were so pretty, I didn't want to open them; but after keeping them hidden for what seems like months, I finally caved! They really are cute; my favorite part of course is the center section full of fake diamond studs.
I love that they're retractable because it preserves the wires, but this pair is made pretty cheaply. The "retraction" operates decently; but the wires are very thin at the ends with the earbuds, so you can tell you have to go easy on them. They get even thinner when you pull them apart to give way for putting them in your ears. The other thing I don't care for with this specific pair is that the cord isn't very long, so your head needs to be really close to whatever device you're listening to.
As for the sound; well...at least both sides work right now. The volume is fairly low even when your device is turned up all the way, and whatever you're listening to sounds like it's far away in a tunnel.
They've got cute colors to choose from, it's fun to have something like this with bling on it, and they do give you sound if you just need to hear something; but overall they aren't high quality, so my guess is they won't last long. For $1 though...might as well get several!
