Stone Castle Hotel - Branson, MO ⑥
Often times I feel like if I’ve stayed in one hotel, I’ve stayed in them all. While Stone Castle offers similar amenities as other standard hotels; they do offer some nice upgrades. All guests receive a complimentary, hot breakfast with real scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, cereal, milk, juices, and coffee. They also offer free Wi-Fi, arcade and game room, free local calls, a business center, and two indoor heated pools and hot tub with pool towels. Some other nice amenities are transportation, child care, and spa services.
Their rooms are standard rooms, family suites, Jacuzzi rooms and suites, and kitchenette suites. I stayed in what they call “The Oval Office Presidential”; the largest Jacuzzi suite in the hotel with a pillow top king poster bed, refrigerator and microwave, a turret breakfast nook overlooking the city, separate living area with couch, chairs, and 50” flat screen TV, as well as a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi hot tub in the living area.
Though the room décor was quite outdated; the large space and extra amenities made up for it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff. They may have already done this, but I would like to see the themed rooms updated with more modern and contemporary themes verses painted wall murals, but it’s still a fun time.
